Changing middle name - where do I start?

Getting married in a month and while keeping my surname I plan to change my middle name so that me/dH/DS all have something that unifies us as a family. Has anyone done this and is it a faff? I'll change passport etc but will banks etc care? Thanks

I changed my surname when I separated from my ex husband and it was really easy. About 10 mins online. Simple!

just use this fill it in print it out done easy peasy and no need to throw away your money for a 'real a fake fancy stamp that means nothing' one

Done this with mine and my DS's surname and just got two friends to sign it (had to edit it the names to 'I Crocs on behalf of Crocs Jr' was accepted with, banks, DR's, Passport, hospital etc
