Long story but husband charged with indecent images last December. I have two children who haven't seen him since the day he was arrested. He is due to be sentenced soon. I am in the house with the children at the minute but don't know what happens with regards to the house etc.
All bills are presently in his name and the mortgage is in his name. This is paid off. Where do I stand with regards if he goes to prison, do I pay all the bills and what happens when he comes out? Can he make me and the children leave the house?
