Family home question if not divorced

My divorce is on hold I am likely to withdraw.( as the petitioner )
My husband has no intention of coming back tho. Can he stop the withdrawal? If he doesn't sign? The nisi has not yet been granted or applied for.
If I withdraw and we remain married can he still make me sell the home when children are 18 ?

I don't know if he can stop the withdrawal but he can apply for divorce himself.

Have you petitioned for divorce? If not there's nothing stopping your ex from applying for divorce and then a property adjustment order to sell the former matrimonial home himself.

If he is not coming back why would you withdraw? Your court fees have already been paid.

We have two children. I don't think it's unreconcilable. Why rush into a divorce if not sure? You can't undo a divorce
