Need help! ASAP Harassment

A Harassment order warning was served on my DS's Ex after 4 years of long harassment. The order and the police stated that he was not to make any comments to or about me including on social networking sites.

He has paid no attention to this and made numerous posts and comments about him going to the police and get a welfare check upon my 2 year old DC.

I spoke to the non-emergancy number who brought up my file and was shocked and annoyed that he is continuing to go against warnings etc..

He agreed this was another form of harassment and is still very distressing to me as he has made it clear he doesn't care for my son he just wants to make my life hell.

I'm going to ring my solicitor tomorrow but is there a way I can get a injunction or prohibited steps order. I already have a no contact order for my son from the courts due to his harassment and behaviour

Keep screen shots of everything he posts so it can be used as evidence

Thanks forty I've screen shotted it and will ring my solicitor in the morning.

I just don't want him getting the police to check on us every other day. He's been logged with them and SS.

What's the difference between a prohibited steps and a injunction?

I don't want to have to face him in court and him try and press for contact with my DS to get at me etc
