I'm coming close to a first hearing for financial settlement. I'm very nervous and have absolutely no idea what to expect.
What do I need to do to prepare myself? I have a solicitor but he is away that day so I'm told someone else will go from firm.
I'm facing losing my home so I want have all the details in place.
