Hi. I've read some of the threads about erudio as up to this morning I thought all was ok. I received a letter saying I had been deferred til next year a month or so ago, but when I checked my bank account this morning they had taken out £165! This left us with no money as today is bill day and I had to go and extend our overdraft - not happy at all. So I phoned them and they said they would refund this within 3 to 5 working days. Can I get any compensation or do anything about this? Now I have no idea if they will do it next month too? Should I cancel the DD as this Puts me in breach of contract doesn't it?
