Surveyor complaint

I have just had a homebuyers on the place I am selling and the surveyor has down valued it. I do this for a living and I am not so bothered by the valuation more that the surveyor has lied on the report. He turned up and said he would be an hour and was only here 20 minutes inside and out. He asked about the boiler and ch system and I told him it was one year old and all the certificates etc are with our solicitor and I was happy for him to see them if he needed. The estate agent has just phoned me and said she has seen the report and he has said the boiler is 10 years old!!! Also he never went in the loft as he said it was too small yet on the report he has commented on it in some detail Can I complain about him or shall I let it go. He downvalued it too as he said he would only deal with comparables if they were in our road and as nothing has sold here there aren't any! The agent had 6 or 7 in neighbouring streets but he said no. He is from an area miles away which is admittedly a lot cheaper!
