Hi all I really need help I currently have my ex employer in tribunal for preg discrimination and constructive dismissal we have already had the pre trial I dont have a lawyer/solicitor and am using a lame persons
These people have made my life a misery I loved my job and never had any issues
I raised a grievance first which theu took np notice of and have followed all correct procedures I have now been asked to give them a breakdown of compensation and dont know how to do it I have been told they do not really award for injury to feelings I really dont knpw how to do this :(
