Can I withdraw my court application?

If I wanted to.. at any point, am I able to withdraw it? Its an a step parent adoption that I made myself.

Dad has been found but is now trying to turn it into a contact order Hmm

And even if you did withdraw the adoption side of things, surely Dad could still proceed with the contact element of the case?

Nomoretether, I don't mind him doing that. But I've forked out a lot of money on this case and in the process (like the lase case I had to attend with him) me and my family suffer horrific abuse.

Court are likely to allow you permission to withdraw.
