My partner was accused by his ex of assault and was arrested and bailed. This assault didn't happen, she had an accident infront of witnesses, wouldn't go to hospital then a month later the police turned up and arrested him. She's refusing to give a statement to the police and co-operate.
Two weeks later she calls the police again to say she was assulted by him. This time he has solid evidence to say he was elsewhere (clock ins from work, call logs etc), but the police took him away.
His ex has MH issues and has form for calling the police accusing people of assault.
What's going to happen to him? I am very worried?
