After a terrible dispute with our neighbour I was wondering if we could take the problem up with the builder who is still on site.
NDN claims his back garden fence is maybe 8 inches too far on his property.
He says he is going to take it down and bring it further into our garden by 8 inches.
The posts are already on our side and if he does relocate the fence we will have to put a new gate to our back as the one on now will be too wide.
Obviously the fence, posts and gate were installed by the builder 18 months ago.
Land registry is not detailed enough but the plan from our solicitor is. It does show that both our back gates are in the wrong place as it is.
Can I take this up with the builders to put right?
