New Look order

Hi all,

i ordered online with new look, paid by credit/debit card with next day delivery.

order did not arrive the next day and new look agreed on the phone to cancel the order.

two days later it arrived whilst i was out and a neighbour took it in. i did not sign for it, i would assume that they did.

anyway i have been contacting new look to get it collected, they keep aying the courier is coming but they havent been. i leave for a holiday tomoro and no one will be here. as i have told them repeatedly.

where do i stand with this? i want rid of the parcel but cant get them to pick it up? they are ignoring the fact that they cancelled it. and say no such thing exists. am i right in thinking this is unrue?

what do i do next? and what do i do re payment?

Really? I should pay a out ate near and spend about two and a half hours to take it to a store?oh and lump it all with me?

Return it to your nearest collect+ store. Usually a spar or coop close to you.

Free and easy.

Have you actually read their returns page?

I often order with new look. I didn't think they even did courier returns? I may be wrong but I always just return via post at the post office.
