sorry, not typically parent related, but just wondering if some one with legal know-how can help me with the following question:
I ordered something (using a Purchase Order with no Ts and Cs, just item and amount) and the supplier acknowledged with a sales acknowledgement (again no Ts and Cs), on it I didn't notice one of the details was in correct. Who is liable? They processed my order incorrectly, I didn't check the SA properly - the item is personalized so can't be returned?
