Child Arrangement Order

Hi, will try to keep this brief. There is a non molestation in place against my ex partner. We have four children and have been apart for nearly four years. He breached the order recently by bombarding me with texts/calls etc. He won't give me his address, not sure if he's based in this country or in France. No regular access agreed, despite my pleas to make contact regular. Got advice yesterday and am going to apply for a child arrangement order...I will have to represent myself as no funds - not idea, I know but it is doable? Also, I'm pretty sure that he won't cooperate and turn up at the hearing...what would that mean as far as child access?
Thanks

What are you trying to achieve? You can't force him to have contact with his children.

Unless your partner is seeking contact the court will not make such an order. Has he made an application?
