Equality Act 2010 questions

I'm hoping someone can help me understand the equality act. Not because I've particularly had any problems with discrimination but more I feel like I ought to know what my rights are...

First question: Section 13, subsection 7 - does this exclusion mean that it is ok to discriminate at work based on breastfeeding? (For a child older than six months.) It doesn't seem right but I can't see why that would be there otherwise.

Second question: What does it say about receiving bonuses while on maternity leave? Or for periods of work that were partially included on maternity leave?

Third question: Is there anywhere in the act that says that employers aren't allowed to discriminate against men for taking paternity leave? (Either ordinary or additional.) If not is that covered in a different act?

I feel like I ought to be able to figure this out for myself but I don't really have the time to spend poring over the details so I'd really appreciate it if any experts can help!

It may come useful. Public bodies have to comply with this Act. But rights are not automatically enforceable. It is time consuming and stressful for the student or employee to take legal action based on that Act. There are also restrictive time limits to take action. The best advice I can provide is the following: When you take up education and employment do some research on the complaints procedures and Equal Opportunity Policy of the place, but this is not a safeguard always.
