rules about weblinks in commercial product

I am trying to produce an education pack to sell as an online download. Please can somebody help me to understand what the law is about including links to other websites such as BBC learning sites? I'd really like to include the relevant links but I have no idea if there are copyright issues.

There is no copyright in weblinks. You can link to other sites as much as you like. What you cannot do is copy content from other sites into your product or onto your own website.
