CSA/Ex now in contact - question...

Will try to make this succinct. Had a short relationship back in 2005 which resulted in DD. Ex partner paying CS monthly. He has no contact with DD as his wife was, I felt, a danger to DD - stabbed out eyes in photos of DD and shoved them through my letter box etc (he said he'd never wanted contact with her anyway). FFWD several years and I'm in a new relationship and expecting 2nd DC. I've just checked FB on a whim (rarely use it) and he's asking for a contact email address for me. We live in a small town, so am assuming ex has realised I'm preggers and therefore feels he doesn't need to pay CSA anymore for DD. Where do I stand in relation to this? I feel sick as I don't want ANY contact with them - particularly his vile wife. I've emailed back telling him to write to me c/o my home address as I don't feel it appropriate to give him my email. Help anyone? 33 weeks pg and stressing.

His CSA payments are not affected by any changes in your circumstances.

You don't have to contact him, so don't.

As the above poster says it makes no difference to your claim through the csa
