Finding good legal advice - Cardiff?

I need to find good legal advice in Cardiff for someone whose current solicitor is not really helping much. It's for complex financial issues around divorce. Please could anyone recommend either an excellent solicitor or tell me how to help her find one. She's not willing to just ask around.

Thanks babybarrister. She said the solicitor she's with now is a family solicitor but I'll pass on the advice to look for someone who is on specialist panel re finances.

I've texted her and she doesn't know what you mean by specialist panel re finances. Please could you let me know what she needs to look for in adverts or ring up and ask?
