Meant to be in family court tomorrow, but I'm miscarrying and full of flu. Two kids are ill aswell, full of a fever raging temps and flu. I have no family that can watch the kids for me... What do I do?

Have you got a solicitor? If so tell her

Otherwise ring the court in the morning and explain and say you want it postponed. They may ask you to get documentation to prove you were ill from the GP though

No, no solicitor.
It includes a non-mol though... They won't give us that to protect us if I'm not there will they?

Did you manage to get the hearing postponed?

I hope you feel better soon and that the mc isn't too awful.
