Intervenor in financial proceedings??

Currently embroiled in financial proceedings. A member of XDH's family has been granted leave to intervene. Will this intervenor be permitted to see the documents in the case i.e. my Form E etc....worried about this

Presumably they are claiming an interest in property? Their involvement is limited to the issue of ownership if that property, so usually the court will order exchange of statements limited to that issue.

Yes, assistance with purchase of a holiday home which is in our joint names. It was a gift....now it is a loan. Is there some legislation I can throw at XDH..to prevent him showing the documents in the case to his relative? Thanks for the help...
