Hi,

'D'H announced a couple of weeks ago we're over, doesn't want to risk counseling in case it stirs up too many bad feelings to have amicable split.

So, rather than separate & wait for the 2 years before starting divorce proceedings, could I start now on grounds of unreasonable behaviour?

Can't work if this is "allowed" or not.

Thanks in advance

Yes you can (provided you've been married for at least 1 year).

Yes, several years, will think about going down that route.

Thanks for the advice
