Hoping someone can help

I have recently left my husband. I was primary carer for 3 years for my step daughter (now 8). I did all doc apps, dealt with schools, dentists etc. I paid financially for things like uniform etc.

I have an 8 month old DS (her brother)

Since we split, her mother has started, for the first time in 8 years has decided she wants her full time.

She is making it very difficult for me to see her.

DSD has lost her primary care giver, I have lost my child and I don't know if I have any rights.

Please help.

You were married to her father and she was a child of the family. She also lived with you for 3 years. You therefore have the right to apply for a contact order.
