Hi
I am in the process of moving to England with my Partner and children. In order to do so i need to apply to the courts for permission to leave as my ex(father of children) will not consent.
Is there anyone who has gone through this process who can help?? Someone from northern ireland who has already relocated through the courts to England/Scotland or Wales would be much appreciated. Any help and advice is most welcome at this stage.
