Hi all,
I had a letter from my insurance company stating my car had hit another car.. I did clip someones wing mirror but when I looked back it didnt seem like I had done damage..
I was stressing as my car had been hit the previous day (it was parked up) I also had the music up loud!!
Oh god am so worried.. What to do !?

Maybe speak to your insurance company as they are the only ones who know what they are talking about.

Does the letter give details of when and where this is supposed to have happened? If not contact them to ask.

PatriciaHolm · 24/01/2014 09:55

What do the insurance company want you to do?

buggermewhatnext · 24/01/2014 09:58

they have just written to me asking me what happened. This car apparently has witnesses.!

buggermewhatnext · 24/01/2014 11:06

Well I would do but worried sick that I will be done for not reporting it straight away!!
Worried my insurance claim that I made for my car getting scrapped wil be null and void!! separate incident!!
Oh dear I am in a mudle!

You don't really have a choice. Don't lie to the insurance company, that would be a very bad idea. Just tell them you didn't think any damage had been done to either car.

I guess i dont have a choice do I .. just wondering how to word it without making it a whole heap worse!!
Anyone been in similar situation or have advice??
