Hi
I'm looking at separating from dh and just need some advice.he works away mon-thurs and because it's me instigating the split he wants me to move outof the family home thurs-sun without the children.
If I do this will it look bad if we end up divorcing and I've abandoned the children?not sure if the split is temporary yet-still early days.
Financially I can't afford to do this and not sure if ill be entitled to any benefits.i work part time only.
Anyone been in this situation that can offer any advice?this all new to me and really not sure how it all works

I would advise to not move out under any circumstances. Seek proper legal advice from a 30 minute free of charge consultation from a local solicitor, and anyway, you can't afford to move out.
