Glass found in jar

I found a piece of glass about 1" long in a lasagne i made,luckily i felt it in my mouth before biting down or swallowing it.

I contacted the company i believed the glass came from, then sent the glass they asked for, so investigations could be carried out.

I have just received £28.00 in vouchers with an apology as they have confirmed the glass came from their jars.

Do i now say thankyou and forget about it?
Will they do a recall on other jars that could be affected?

Is leave it- you used the contents of a jar to make a lasagna and found glass in the lasagna. So the glass could have got into the lasagna when you were transferring the sauce, say if you'd chipped the glass. You can't prove the glass was in the sauce.

I am certain it was already in the jar and that it did not come off the jar it came in, the company also agree the glass came from them, but they have no idea how it got there

But, you are right, i have no proof.
