Can the CSA tell Lo's dad?

Can the CSA tell LO's dad if I've changed our surname? Lo's dad is ordered no contact and I've done this to protect us

It will most likely be on the paperwork they send him.

Does if he have pr? Tbh even if he has there isn't a lot he can do about it really . we don't have official permission to change my dcs names but the judge said he wouldn't stop us from using their 'new' surname on anything other than passports.

Currently I hold all the BC with him not listed, so I have changed it legally and it's been accepted however I don't want LO's dad to find out. I will most likely withhold from telling them so he doesn't find out. LO always had my surname and never his dad's I haven't got married but changed it by Deedpoll

I don't know, the csa are a bit crap, if it's important that he doesn't find out I would consider not asking for maintenance.

I wouldn't trust them not to cock up and give him names and addresses.

I think it's safer if I don't tell them They know not to give him my address as I moved for safety. It's hard
