Has anyone adopted a foster child

In place longer than 12 months la not supporting adoption how much will it cost and what is procedure please

Could you not persuade the LA to change their minds as obviously it would have less impact on the child!

We have. You have more rights legally once the child has been with you more than 12 months. Why are your LA not supporting you?.
There is a long thread over in fostering on this subject. Perhaps you would get some answers there.
