On Oct 8th I ordered and paid £60 via debit card for some goods online with a perfectly good company I have used before. To date I have not received my order.
The company is aware. It is a small one-man sort of set up. I have left some messages and voicemail. He replied via email over a week ago that he would look into it but that he was sure he had sent the goods.
I tried calling him again today with no joy. So I left a text saying that it has come to the point where I would like my money back or preferably receive the goods I have paid for.
Where do I stand? Can anyone advise?
