Completeting D8 divorce petition

Hi

I was wondering if I could ask a question re the form D8' it states to enter my name now does that have to be my married name as I started using my maiden name 3 years ago (except for official things) so wasn't sure if I had to use married name??

If you've only used your maiden name informally and you don't have any paperwork evidencing the change then I would put your married name.
