damages help needed please

I have been awarded substantial damages. The person I was awarded them from has now declared himself bankrupt and gifted away assets to avoid paying them.

Can anyone advise me what I can do now?

Nothing if they are declared bankrupt but make sure you let the OR know you are a creditor. Have you proof that assets were gifted becuuse if you have, again you need to inform the OR as they can reverse these transactions.
