Wills and marriage

We are getting married in August but want to make wills now in case the worst happens. I am under the impression that marriage invalidates any will, is this the case? Is there anyway we can make a will now that will still be valid when we get married?

Hi, I'm a willwriter and in your circumstances would put in a clause to say that the will is not revoked on your marriage, but equally, if you don't end up getting married, it will remain valid anyway.

So a belt and braces job Smile
