Sounds a bit of a silly question but what happens in court?? We have had mediation but he didn't like what was being said so left. Nothing has been properly agreed, there is very little response on anything from him and his solicitors. It's been suggested it goes to court but what happens? What does this mean?? Sorry it's vague:( any advice appreciated
