Ok I booked flights for June 2014 on Thursday and should have added an extra destination. On Friday I contacted the TA and they advised that the flights were non refundable and that I could book the additional flight at extra cost. I spoke to the airline where the flights were held to query this and was advised that as long as it was within 24 hours of booking, regardless of whether it was with an agent it was still viable. Went back to the TA who advised that the tickets are non refundable. Have asked where it states this as even on the ticket t & c's I can find no mention of it. At the moment things are just going round in circles, what else can I do...?? If anything....?
