Some help translating a private document

Can someone please explain the following:

"Adminstation of all the estate ... Was granted ... To ...".

Does this mean simply administration or does it mean the personal representative received the funds?

It means the person named was able to access all the funds so that they could administer the estate and distribute it in accordance with the will.

I thought so. Thank you. I have managed to have a read of the probate info provided by the govt and I see what they need to have done.

Is it usual for these things to take over 18 months for an estate of less than )15,000
