I was expecting our next hearing to be an FDR hearing, certainly the judge implied it would be, but the paperwork states it will be a Directions Hearing. What is this please and why would it be?
My ex has a number of questions to answer following the Form E and the judge outlined the relevant ones at the FH. Would this be why please?
