Character reference for court appearance

bananananacoconuts · 22/09/2013 20:56

My dm has been asked by a friend and ex work colleague to write a character reference for him.
Obviously i can't say too much but he has been accused of something appalling and my dm is in no doubt of his innocence so wants to write a good reference. Has anyone done this or know of any good templates?
Thanks

You can check this page for information on how to write a character reference for court: www.criminal-lawyers.com.au/courts/character-reference.

It also has great samples, including one in which the referee is a friend and another one as an employer.
