Sorry this is long and I will probably waffle as don't want to drip feed anything that could be important.
Basically my neighbour next door suffers anxiety and made a suicide adept this year, reason I mention this is she has since been complaining about the dog barking all day which I managed onan occasion to disprove by voice recorded my house while out for 40mins telling her husband I was recording this time.
On return I asked the husband if she had heard the dog which he said she did but he didn't . Fue listening to 40 mins and there was nothing not one thing.
Now thus week she decided to report me to environmental health, rspca and more worryingly child services.
She claims my whites are not white, the my youngest daughters room is damp ( her roofer told her it would be because there is a drip landing on her lower flat roof from our second storey flat roof), that the house is messy, that the dog lives in a cage, the house smells , nd is covered in dogs more. Need less to say these where sen untrue straight away but I am worried about the accusations that I can't prove.
She accuses that we leave the children home alone, I work till 10 sometimes on weekend night s and my partner has to come and get me in the car with the kids. Not ideal I know.
She says I was heard telling my son not to say daddy threw a plate at me, what really happened was he was holding a tray one hands and knocked coffee burning himself and dropping dinner everywhere which Is what was being explained to my son.
Lastly she accusses us of calling the kids c wordswhich is utter toss its a vile word and shouting at the kids admittedly we shout because they don't listen after being asked again and again .
What I need to know is what is likely to happen with these accusations they said tey need to go back to the manager and decode what will happen but either way it will stay on framework? Also can I build a case for harassment over all these things including continual complaints about the roof pond, dog fence etc.
