personal sensative data disclosure has been sent to EXP!

i have had a letter today from HMcourts and tribunals service saying that my medical information they requested for change of venue to CSA hearing has been sent to my exH!!! i stated on the returning form with the information that this personal medical information was NOT to be made available to him. They have appologised in the letter but i am fumming! the damage has been done! this man has previously used information about me for fraudulent accounts etc not to mention cancelling all my childs hospital appointmentsand letting us attend, hes previously had our post redirected to!! this is why i didnt want him to have any personal information as he will no doubt use it some how. How do i respond? or do i have to just swallow it. they clearly say on their letter data disclosure! some legal advice would be welome.

You need to get onto the information commissioners office ico.gov.uk

Yes info commissioner but be aware they have a backlog of fuck ups to deal with. Also complaints info here.

Sympathies, this must be awful for you.

i just had a look and it says report them they could get fined but the fine is then paid to HM whom they are would be fineing anyway! so i dont think it actually helps me. or is there something else?

tribunals complaints maybe abetter option, but i am pretty sure they will take ages too. but i will contact them monday morning.

Any way you could get a police officer to go and warn him against using this information at all so he knows he is being wAtched
