need (free) legal advice about separation/shared house

Please help. Husband has left the home we bought with a relative, 3 names on the mortgage, after 6 months he's already reducing the maintenance payments. Can't afford to stay here, no money to set up elsewhere, don't know what his obligations are. could do with 'next steps' advice. Thanks.

Have you one a CSA claim for maintenance.
Have you had any legal advice about your separation.
Do you plan to divorce.

He pays more than the CSA would instruct and so has 'power' to reduce it now that I've said we need to sell the house - he wants to save to help cover selling fees. I can't be on the m/g with him, not fair on third party either. No legal advice - so worried about cost. Yes, we will divorce.

You may be able to claim spouse maintenance, but you'd need proper legal advice for that, and that's unlikely to come free.
