Hi,
We received a penalty charge notice for performing a prohibited right turn .... but it wasn't us.
It happened that day when we sold our car so the new owner is responsible. However, there isn't a "time of sale" on the contract and we've been advised to speak to a solicitor.
I have googled but so far, I only found some who deal with parking fines, is a there a general one for that kind of thing?
