Ex has moved back into family house

My ex moved back into the family home a week ago. We both jointly own it and we have 3 children together. He's never been violent towards me but we can't live together because relations are so bad. Any advice please

Married spouses have the same right to live in the former matrimonial home. The options are to negotiate and agree one party leaves or press on with separating finances and reach a divorce settlement. Then it will be determined whether the former matrimonial home is to be transferred to one spouse or sold. Although it isn't easy living together when separating that's exactly what many people have to do.
