Considering using one - 3 flat conversion and the 3 leaseholders own and manage freehold. One flat owner annually gives trouble paying his service charge including insurance premium and I am fed up with chasing him. He only pays up after I send him letter before action.
Want to just hand over to debt collector in future - what are kind of charges involved? Would other 2 leaseholders have to bear cost or could we make delinquent legally responsible?
Truly fed up so thoughts appreciated.
