Quick question about obscene wording

I suspect the answer will be 'not a lot' but is there anything I can do about a car I see regularly that has a 'funny' slogan on the back windscreen that includes 'fucking' in large letters.
DD is learning to read and...well, I'm sure you can guess the rest.
Just wondered if there is any avenue for reporting the driver as it really isn't a nice thing to see.

You can call the police non-emergency number (101) with the number plate - there are various quite vague crimes to do with causing public offence, so the police can take action, or more likely just talk to the driver about that sticker being inappropriate.
