Looking for contact case lawyer

Hi, does anybody know of a great contact case lawyer in Suffolk, mainly the areas of Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich, Cambridge, Colchester? My ex is a lawyer and is taking me to court for contact with our kids aged 13, 11 and 10 and I am desperate.

Can I just ask why you don't want your ex to have any contact with his children? That does seem rather harsh.
