Our marriage is over and this evening D said he is going to evict me. H bought the property and his mum leant him some money to purchase the house, the deeds are not in my name. He said I must tell him when I'm moving out otherwise he will evict me. I have a one year old son, just recently back at work full time, and am not English, i.e. cant move back home with my parents. I have sought legal advice previously and will do so again, but in the meantime, can any of you wise people let me know your thoughts?
