Does anyone have any idea how much the solicitors costs are for conveyancing. I realise every solicitor will be different and also there will be other costs in there - searches, land registry etc - just a ball park figure for the solicitor side of things. I really can't remember from when we bought our house and it will have changed from then anyway.
Im in the NW, as i'm guessing there's probably a regional difference too?
