Can anyone help with a query about possible victimisation please?
I lodged a disability discrimination claim against a school. Their response includes various personal attacks and allegations against me and dh in an attempt to discredit us to the court. I am told that this is likely to be victimisation.
How do I lodge a claim? Can it be dealt with at the same time as the discrimination claim? Any advice would be useful. Thanks
