I've had a letter saying that my partner was with me for a small period when we weren't! It was a few months then we got back together! They are saying for that few months he is linked to my address!!! Well he was because we wanted to be together but the arguing wasn't healthy infront of our lb! He moved back in & I changed back to a joint claim straight away!!! I've handed them in all documents they have asked for bank statements etc but haven't heard from them since!!! I'm worried whats going to happen I'm on a tight budget as it is!!! Has anyone been through something similar? Will I have to pay any money back?
