Has anyone had any dealings with them?

It has been several months since my relative died leaving funds there and although I have finally applied for Probate, I am concerned there may be a time limit on withdrawing the funds, or they may charge admin fees.

Thankyou Mumble, yes I have already been there, I preferred to have some personal views of people's dealings with them though, which is why I asked :)
